Your Home

You are free to make alterations to your home; however, any structural or physical change requires prior written approval by us.

All homes are fully equipped with high quality appliances: Should you experience any malfunctions, you may place a maintenance request via the residents portal or via customer care hotlime.

Your home is fully furnished with state-of-the-art and modern furniture.

Waste refuse bins are located centrally between villas, at the entrance to each apartment building, and throughout the resort’s communal spaces. Waste refuse bins are emptied daily, and the bin is pressure washed at periodic intervals.

Based on your general contract, Al Nakhla covers your water and electricity to a limited amount depending on the type of unit; the resident will shoulder any exceeding amount.

Your home is provided with air conditioning. In the interests of keeping energy utility costs down, when the AC is on it is best to keep your windows and doors closed. Please note, a thermostat to regulate individual temperature preferences during the changing seasons is provided.

Residents are issued with keys to open and secure their home on signing the lease. For security purposes, keys are not to be given to friends, relatives, or outside service personnel.

A team of community area cleaners ensure that all communal areas are in pristine condition at all times.

An open-plan environment exists at both the front and rear of your villa. Our dedicated landscaping team will regularly maintain your front and rear garden.

All residents have a right to peace, quiet and privacy in their homes. In consideration of your neighbours, please play televisions, radios and other audible equipment at a moderate level.
