New Faces, New Hats

A number of people are wearing new hats in 2022 at Al Nakhla! Al Nakhla announced new appointments to the senior team, providing additional leadership as the Resort continues to upgrade its facilities and experiences.

Evgenia Boyankova
Promoted & Appointed as General Manager

Evgenia brings on board nearly 20 years of experience in 9 different countries and 3 continents. She is very well known to Al Nakhla community and her new role is another chance to serve the community better. Working in multinational environments through her entire career whether in London, UK or in Maldives Evgenia has committed to the values like honesty, solution-oriented approach and empathy. Master Certificate of Cornell University in Hospitality management, proficiency in 5 languages and entrepreneurial background are in Evgenia`s portfolio for the  benefit of AL Nakhla, its residents and owners.

Momen Dowji
Promoted & Appointed as Leasing Director

Momen is an experienced hospitality & luxury real estate professional driven by passion, he takes pride in providing the best living experience possible. As a Leasing Director, his goals include smooth happy transition experience. In addition to his primary job functions, Momen has been recognized by Al Nakhla Board of Directors for his extraordinary commitment.

Elliott Jones
Promoted & Appointed as Director of Safety Control

Mr. Jones is a very experienced and knowledgeable professional in the field of Physical Security operations. He is driven by experience and education that show in his line of work. He takes care and responsibility in providing the best of quality service, and as the Director of Safety Control, his goals include providing a safe environment and a great experience when coming to Al Nakhla. In addition to his primary job functions for Al Nakhla, Mr. Jones has a background consisting of working with ex-Special Forces with Vinnell Arabia ground, and the Department of Homeland Security for 8 years. He brings with him the skill assets of communication and operational standards that will be a great addition to AL Nakhla.

Among other recent appointments are:

– Rafea Abu Alhasaib. Promoted & Appointed as Director of Finance

– Callum O’Brien. Appointed as Operations Director – Originally hailing from Auckland, New Zealand, Callum is the Director of Operations at Al Nakhla Residential Resort in Riyadh. He has spent the past 13 years working in Australia, New Zealand & The Middle East crafting his career in the Hospitality Industry. Specializing in the Luxury Sector, Callum has gained valuable experience in areas such as Resorts, Special Projects, and Private Residential Properties. While working at Al Nakhla is his primary function by day, Callum also enjoys playing golf, hosting friends for dinner or listening to music.
