What better way to celebrate Wellness Month than by soaking up the glorious sunshine with a refreshing Outdoor Yoga Session right here in Riyadh? Last Friday, our community came together for a fantastic morning of stretching, breathing, and balance that left everyone feeling restored and energized.

The session, led by the wonderfully talented Sara Nur, was held at the picturesque Chill & Grill area at Al Nakhla compound in Riyadh. It was the perfect setting—a calm, beautiful space to truly focus on well-being and disconnect from the hustle of the city.

The atmosphere was incredible. From seasoned yogis to curious beginners, everyone found their rhythm as Sara guided the group through a flow designed to help restore balance and energy. Participants embraced the mantra to Relax, stretch, and breathe, reminding us all that a few moments dedicated to mindful movement can make a world of difference.
